Sarah started her supply chain career in kitchens rather than spreadsheets. After years of baking, however, she realized that she could be of more use in an office. She spent three years at Brooklyn Brewery, first managing their domestic logistics and then owning their production planning. From there, she moved to Milk Bar where she helped them transition from a restaurant group to a booming e-commerce business by implementing processes, building out a forecast, creating clear inventory goals, and shifting to a new 3PL. Throughout her career, Sarah has built close relationships with vendors, co-packers, and 3PL partners and looks forward to continuing to do so with Siddhi Ops.
