MANDY WOMBACKER

Mandy joins Siddhi with 15 years of experience in operations and supply chain within CPG. Her career has focused heavily on end-to-end supply chain operations and management including, but not limited to, material and inventory management, cost of goods modeling and management, procurement, co-man management, supply planning, capacity planning, order management, warehousing and transportation. Prior to joining Siddhi, she served as Senior Supply Chain Manager for Ritual, a fully traceable direct-to-consumer supplement company that at the time was just launching into the retail market. In this role Mandy supported an extremely fast-growing brand with new item launches, implemented many supply chain SOP’s, streamlined inventory processes and implemented supply planning processes. Mandy’s previous role was Supply Chain Manager for Stuffed Puffs Marshmallows, an emerging confectionary brand offering a unique chocolate-filled marshmallow. In this role, she was responsible for constructing and implementing supply chain processes for an emerging CPG start up. Her role included heavy analysis on cost of goods and expected plant capacity while also focusing on sourcing raw materials and ingredients to support the rapidly growing brand and new production facility. Mandy has also served as Procurement & Logistics Manager for Bazooka Candy Brands, an iconic candy brand known for Bazooka Bubble Gum, Ring Pop, Push Pops, Baby Bottle Pops and Juicy Drop Pops. Her role(s) were focused on end-to-end supply chain management, supply chain resilience planning, procurement, productivity, ERP system upgrades, cost saving initiatives, co-man management, supply planning, order management, warehousing and transportation.

Mandy received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Marywood University. She currently resides in the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. Here you will find her spending free time with her family, enjoying the outdoors and getting lost in a good book.
