LAURA BAIR

Laura joined Siddhi with over 15 years of experience in supply chain and operations management in various roles, including warehousing and distribution, freight forwarding, and most recently CPG in the natural pet industry as the Director of Operations at BIXBI Pet. While at BIXBI, she implemented SOPs, established a transportation broker network, and managed inventory and forecast demand planning with cost savings initiatives. Laura also closely managed 3PL partners and co-manufacturers, establishing excellent relationships. In Laura's previous role as a freight forwarder, she managed international contracting negotiations with marine shipping lines and transportation partners. Laura has a passion for data analytics and Excel Spreadsheets.
