LAURA ARABIE

Laura comes to Siddhi with over 20 years of operations & supply chain experience in CPG, most notably food & beverage. Prior to joining Siddhi, she served as Vice President of Supply Chain at Vital Farms, an ethically sourced & pasture raised egg & dairy brand, where she managed the end-to-end supply chain for their entire portfolio of products, managed co-mans, 3PLs, and freight carriers, launched several new product lines, built a high-performing team, and implemented process improvements to improve COGS. Laura’s previous roles include Senior Vice President of Supply Chain at Maev, an emerging human-grade raw frozen dog food brand, where she was crucial in scaling the supply chain & expanding the operational footprint across the country to meet the high growth projections of the company. Laura also served as Director of Supply Chain at Chameleon Cold Brew, a nationally distributed organic RTD beverage company, where she managed the day-to-day operations, developed the S&OP program from scratch, and assisted with the acquisition by Nestle.

Laura received her Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M University and her MBA from Stanford University. She currently lives in Austin, TX where she volunteers as an advisory mentor for SKU, an accelerator for emerging CPG brands, and as a child advocacy specialist for CASA, a national organization that advocates in court for abused & neglected children. In her free time, Laura bikes around town, reads voraciously, and hikes the Texas Hill Country.
