GREGORY STRUCK

Senior Vice President of Growth

Gregory joined Siddhi Capital in September 2022 as Senior Vice President of Growth. Over the last 18 months, he has worked as CEO, President, and Advisor in three Siddhi Capital portfolio companies. As the SVP of Growth, Gregory drives revenue to Siddhi's internal operating and strategy verticals and leads our portfolio's platform and community engagement strategy.

Before joining Siddhi, Gregory led Noops, Inc., a better-for-you pudding brand that scaled to 1,000 doors amidst COVID-19 before its sunset. Before Noops, Gregory co-founded Hungryroot and led commercialization and operations nationwide as its COO. Hungryroot generated $333M of revenue and over $9M of profit and free cash flow in 2023. Before Hungryroot, he co-founded Long Island Brand Beverages (NASDAQ: LTEA), which sold to Cullen Investments. Gregory previously worked for Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group, focusing on BOH operations at Shake Shack (NYSE: SHACK) and Eleven Madison Park. After a health wake-up call propelled him to a better way of eating, Gregory broke into ¨better for you¨ CPG. He leveraged his background in food and operations to build innovative products that outsmart processed food with plant-powered nutrition.

Gregory graduated from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, where he majored in Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Management. Following college, Gregory was awarded the Hard Work Scholarship by the International Culinary Center to attend the French Culinary Institute's Culinary Entrepreneurship program. Gregory was born in South Africa and immigrated to the United States in the mid-90s, where his adventure and "love affair" with all things food began. He is married and a proud dad to three beautiful children and a puppy named Shoko.
