Ashley joined Siddhi after leading the rapid growth and scale of The New Primal, one of the country’s fastest-growing cross-category brands, making their mark in meat snacks and expanding to marinades, sauces, and dressings. She lead the company from conceptualization through extensive revenue and team growth, managing 6 co-manufactures, across 3 product categories. Ashley managed and built all facets of operational foundations for accelerated growth – warehousing and distribution, Certifications, 3PL management, co-manufacturing management, EDI and ERP onboarding and management, inventory and MRP controls, packaging realization, and supply chain management.
